These guys are amazing. We were quoted $3400 and $4000 by 2 separate HVAC "experts" to replace a faulty AC unit. Arrowsmith came over and within 10 minutes had determined that the issue wasn't a faulty AC unit, but that hot water from our tank was running into a cold water pipe. Once this was rectified the AC works flawlessly again. They also repaired a bad capacitor and got our main blower fan working again. We went from a $4000 repair (that wouldn't have fixed the issue anyway!) to a few hundred bucks in parts and labour. These guys are life savers!

I had moved into a condo downtown and wanted to replace my existing thermostat with a new wifi thermostat that worked with my Google Home devices. Not only did he recommend a few, and he came over to install it and everything works perfectly. Very professional, polite, and knowledgable! Would highly recommend!
